It was smooth two days ago, but now with "net_graph 1" I notice these issues: Loss is at a high 30-50% drop, and sometimes it goes up to 30-70% as well—data looks messy in red. It’s really bad. My ping matches what I’m used to, but FPS is lower than normal (around 110-160). My gameplay feels better now—I’m landing most shots. It seems like a side effect.

Consider setting up a completely new version of CS:GO... This might resolve the issue

This process removes your autoexec.cfg file entirely and restores all configurations to their original state.

It might be related to the game server or your ISP CS:GO client configuration. If you haven't adjusted the settings, remove that change. Restore default values in the console such as rate, cl_update, cl_cmdrate, cl_interp, etc. Consider switching to a different game server. Check fast.com and speedtest.net for a nearby test server in a similar location to your desired game server. Compare it with a major city in your country at a comparable distance. This will help gauge your ISP's performance. Keep in mind that time of day and connection type greatly affect results. Good luck!
