Over the past two weeks I've faced the most unusual lag I've ever experienced. Sometimes taking damage makes the game feel unstable, dropping to around 30 fps even though it's running at 300+ fps. The odd part is that it resumes normal performance when the next round begins. I've tried several fixes: reinstalling the game, resetting MSI mode, updating drivers, and checking for older versions. I also recorded the issue using ShadowPlay, but couldn't capture the lag clearly in the video.

I realize this might be quite outdated, but have you ever discovered a way to resolve it? I’m almost certain I’ve attempted every possible method to fix it.
