I activate it and unexpectedly bright bars appear on my display—especially while loading a map. It's not steady, just intermittent. Defaq

All DX11 VSync options are poor choices. It doesn’t truly sync; it’s just a render queue causing terrible input delay. Avoid using it. Remember this covers Gsync and Freesync too, as they turn into VSync when the frame rate goes above your monitor’s refresh rate.

The problem seems to be with the game itself, not just your card. The missing textures are fine, and using alt-tab works, but the V-sync is causing issues.

The game operates without any adjustments, running smoothly at 300 frames per second.

Vsync won't make a difference in this situation.

Never enable VSync in CS, that's it.

Disable V-Sync and establish a frame rate limit. In the launch settings, accessible via your Steam Library, right-click on CSGO, select Properties, then click Launch Options, and input "-freq X -refresh X" with your desired FPS value. I use 150 for both, no specific reason, just personal preference.
