Apparently located at %USERPROFILE% \Saved Games\CrysisRemastered\Profiles\ your_user_id or inside the game install folder with a file named system.cfg (works for CrysRise 3, location not confirmed)

I'll check it in the morning—thanks. It's odd since during the first setup I had language options, I picked English and it functioned. Why did it change back? Didn't look like a bad copy or anything.

I adjusted it this way: navigate to Steam Library > Steam Apps > Common > Crysis Remastered > Game. There you’ll see all the languages available in the game. I removed everything except Spanish and English, since I originally had Italian. Now you can pick either again if needed. Hope it helps!
