I've faced issues starting Windows 10 and am stuck in a loading loop. Safe mode doesn't help, and online fixes haven't worked either. I've reset several times but lost progress. This has been frustrating, and I'm worried about losing my data. I'm hoping you can offer advice from experts.

With a backup machine, you can remove the hard drives from this unit, connect them to the second one, and extract the data from them.

Alternatively, you might utilize a live Linux USB device to gain access to the internal storage if recovery isn't possible.

Your second device is a laptop, so it should function similarly.

No, you can't fit an internal hard drive from a desktop into a laptop without a special adapter. A dedicated cradle would be necessary.

You can obtain a Windows ISO from Microsoft’s site and generate a bootable USB to use the recovery utility. You’ll also be able to reinstall Windows without erasing the existing one.
