I check my PC for infections regularly, but after running MS Defender Offline the scan revealed a Critical Process Died BSOD error. I managed to log in to Safe Mode and completed an SFC scan, which resolved the issue. I’m curious about what might have triggered it. Any insights from tech experts?

It restarted without issues, but you’re limited to safe mode.
