It seems I can't remove Windows Explorer. However, after checking a similar page with someone facing the same issue, he tried reinstalling Windows 8 but got blocked by an error.

FIXED IT: Information from the link provided was used.
1. Launch Registry Editor via Start > Type regedit and press Enter
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Search
3. Double-click SetupCompletedSuccessfully
4. Modify the value from 1 to 0
5. Restart the Windows Search service
6. All errors in the Event Viewer disappeared.
