I didn't notice much change after adjusting the voltage. A few cores might be around 25mhz, yet my game performance stayed steady. Improving Kombo Strike 1 brought better stability, and I haven't had any restarts yet.

3D chips under 9000 have both temperature and clock limits, meaning any undervolting just extends the maximum clock time without much effect.

I'm a bit older but I think the 5700x3d and my old 5600 are sufficient right now. My main games are Rust, Dayz, CS2, and Call of Duty Modern Warfare, etc. I usually get over 100 FPS at 1440p, which works well for me. I could upgrade to Zen 5 when prices drop or they bring out a 9600X3d (at Microcenter).

Sure, 5700X3D remains quite strong, though it doesn’t get much optimization.

It's accurate. My earlier 5600 OC performed quite well, but from a gaming standpoint the 5700x3d offers roughly a 10% improvement. I experimented with undervolting after watching a TechYesCity video about it for the 5700x3d. PBO Tuner 2 didn’t seem to make much of a difference. That’s when I tried the MSI Kombo Strike setting, which did show a slight boost in core specific speed, though it wasn’t very apparent in actual games.
