Hi there, We have a problem - one of our video editors' PC suddenly shut off and now when he turns it on again it says "attempting repairs" - as in this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/lafui5 Other error issue: http://prntscr.com/lag1pq Any idea how we can fix this? We can't get into the PC and have a work deadline in 3 hours. Best, Oliver

Typically, it will finish the fixes (even if nothing has actually improved) and ask you to start over. Once you confirm there’s no real issue, you should be back on your desktop again.

Run chkdsk at the specified URL, then power on the system. Attempt to log in to Windows. If you reach the login screen or desktop, quickly restart your machine to allow proper shutdown and restart.

It instructs you to restore the BIOS configurations. The rare cases where this occurs are during a failed overclock or when the motherboard's power cell fails.
