Hello, I've been using Windows 10 for a while now and have encountered some issues during my usage. The first problem is that I can't open the Start menu or left-click it. The second issue is that I can't access my settings and I tried resetting it to factory settings, but it stopped working after one crash. Recently, I experienced a blue screen error saying "IQRL IS NOT EQUAL OR LESS and MEMORY MANAGEMENT" multiple times—this happened about a day or two ago. It stopped after just a few crashes. Please note that my PC crashed nearly 50 times in a row. I'm really struggling and feel like I'm breaking my head. EDIT - I've already tried running PowerShell or using the command prompt, but it didn't help. Thank you for your help.

Probably a driver problem, but just reinstalling Windows might help.

Purchase them now—they cost around $10 for an 8GB model.

I’m not sure how to express my regret, but you can look up information online if it helps.

It's fine, we all start somewhere Go to Microsoft's website and download the Windows 10 Install Media (or just search Google for it). Then run it and choose the USB drive you want to install Windows 10 to. Once you do that I'll help you with the next step.
