I just made the changes to my laptop. It still shows black with the cursor. I understand exproler.exe is no longer working, but I can't open Task Manager in any way I'm familiar with (like ctrl+alt+del or ctrl+shift+end). Please assist me.

Check if your laptop includes an AMD GPU. If present, enter safe mode and thoroughly delete the AMD drivers using DDU, then reinstall the newest drivers once you return to Windows.

Have you turned off your computer and restarted it? If not, try shutting it down forcefully and then powering it back on.

It's just a pure Intel laptop. I understand the GPU is functioning since the Ctrl+Alt+Del shortcut works. It doesn't display anything after pressing Task Manager. Safe boot isn't helping either; I can only revert to an older version of Windows, which I did yesterday to temporarily resolve the issue. Do you know how to enable exproler.exe?

Use Task Manager. Press CTRL+ALT+ESC to open it. From the file menu, select explorer.exe to launch it.

I repeat the identical situation; pressing CTRL+ALT+ESC instantly opened Task Manager
