I've experienced occasional problems such as a non-responsive taskbar or game crashes and stutters. The Event Viewer and reliability monitor are reporting several critical events, but Google hasn't helped pinpoint the cause. I suspect these issues aren't connected, though I'm not sure. I've faced crashes in MW2 multiple times, and I know the game has known problems. The stutter seems more common and difficult to identify compared to random low FPS drops. My system specs are Microsoft Windows 11 Pro, Intel Core i7-12700KF, Gigabyte Z690 Aorus Pro, BIOS F8f, Corsair Vengeance DDR5 32 GB XMP, running at 5600 CMK32GX5M2B5600C36. EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 XC3 ULTRA GAMING, 08G-P5-375 Samsung SSD 980 PRO 2 TB, Creative Sound Blaster ZxR, Corsair HX750i, PSU CP1500PFCLCD, and I've used an UPS. I've restarted the PC, run SFC/Scannow, and used the troubleshooter. I've also performed over 4 hours of memtest with XMP and 30 minutes of Fur Mark testing. Apart from the RAM XMP setting, I haven't overclocked anything. A few months ago I did a full system cleanup, and recently I encountered a blue screen using new Nvidia drivers with DDU. Thank you for your time and expertise.

Memtest x64 and 8 iterations. However, Intel states your CPU supports only DDR5 at 4800mhz, not 5600mhz. A 16% boost in memory speed only improves performance by 1.6%, but at the expense of full instability. Reduce to 4800mhz, enable Auto for CL/CAS timing, let the CPU and memory choose their own optimal settings—this won’t add any speed gain.

I'll give it a shot. It's bittersweet to reduce my system speed, but I value consistency. I haven't encountered any problems with XMP before, and this is the first time I haven't heavily overclocked.

Currently it looks improved, I'll share again if things worsen. Appreciate the thanks.

Hello, I've shared the Linus's 10% gain video using my own PC as well, just to confirm. It matches perfectly in all tests.
