I encountered an issue where my computer would restart unexpectedly. A tech expert suggested using PowerShell commands, which I followed. Now my machine is stuck with a black screen, cursor, and loading indicator. Attempting safe mode didn’t help, and even after clicking OK, it keeps restarting. I restarted ten times, tried Windows Control Panel and Task Manager, but nothing resolved the problem. I was working on crucial files and am worried about losing them. Please assist me.

Have you completed a complete shutdown? Just pressing the power button briefly will place it in sleep mode. Keep the button pressed for 10 seconds before letting go.

I was reinstalled again showing the same blue error screen with choices to troubleshoot, shut down the computer, or try a hard reset.

It restores certain registry settings to their original state and then restarts the system. If previous changes required additional software, it likely points to needing a complete Windows reinstall. Make sure important files are saved before proceeding.
