So with the updated Crimson Drivers... My R9 380 dislikes Vsync! It tries to lower certain games to 30fps even when they can easily reach 60fps. World of Warships was a decent case, but I resolved the frame rate problem by turning on triple buffering. Another favorite, Star Trek Online, is stuck at 30 FPS—VySync off, 75 FPS for Vysnc, but it works fine at 75 FPS. Battlefront seems to handle it better. War Thunder has some trouble too; benchmarks show around 60 average, but in the hangar it drops to about 45 with the new drivers. On Catalyst it would hit 60FPS instantly and wouldn’t budge. Overall... I’m really frustrated with AMD at this point.
