You were required to register, but I didn’t see any code in your email. It’s strange that they thought you wouldn’t provide one. I think they might have mistaken the process. Also, I got two copies by accident.

I wasn't registered and received a code. It mentioned "For playing The Crew you get immediate access to The Wild Run Beta." I don't own the game; I just tried the original Crew beta.
