You're weighing the Gigabyte X870 Gaming vs. the Pro Edition for your build. With an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D and a 32GB DDR5 6000 RAM system, both options can work well. Consider what you need most—gaming performance or future upgrades—and see which fits your budget and goals.
X870 is a top choice for gaming due to its powerful performance and reliability. This model offers excellent value, making it ideal for enthusiasts seeking strong hardware without breaking the bank.
I'm planning this desktop for several years ahead, aiming for long-term flexibility. That's why I selected the x870 motherboard—it wasn't a fixed decision. I was advised by a fellow builder about the games they play, which range from RAM-intensive titles like Factorio to heavily modded Skyrim and upcoming GTA 6. Essentially, I want this PC to handle whatever demands come my way without limitations at top or near-top performance levels.
The 32 GB RAM might not suffice, and your CPU selection could be insufficient for your needs.
Mods tend to eat away at ram so ideally you'd want some more As for GPU..... The one you chose is very overpriced and with the same money or less you can get a much better one for raw performance IF you care about ray tracing then the choice Is fine but if you don't then I'd advise against the GPU you chose
