Ubuntu's repositories are open to the public, and the stable version is available through the official repos. Debian maintains a smaller collection, containing only the stable packages in its repository.

It could be typical, as I lack sufficient Debian knowledge to confirm otherwise. Since both systems rely on DEB packages, it shouldn’t be a significant problem, though I’d expect Debian to maintain its own repositories. Appreciate the clarification!
