I haven't been active on the site much lately. I created a new thread since it was meant to focus on one part, while the others are already complete.
The B650 Tomahawk board is completely available but will need you to flash the BIOS on the board to install the 9600x, unless the board includes the essential BIOS version for that configuration.
Your note at the beginning about your case being a box that cooks your innards remains valid. You've asked us to hear your concerns about getting a better motherboard, so consider upgrading to a more ventilated case.
It seems you're based in Iran. It would be helpful if you could share local links and budget options for your case.
I've tested it a few times, but the links to local stores often don't work for people outside the country. I'm aiming to keep the CASE cost low and make sure it's spacious enough. Since they carry many Suffix motherboards here, most cases wouldn't fit in ATX spaces.

I chose a white variant of that case because you selected a white air cooler. If you changed it to black, you could match it with the Tomahawk board. Since you're in Iran, you can use Deepcool products (currently restricted in the USA), so it might be better to check out a Deepcool aircooler or watercooler.
