Creating a bootable USB for testing purposes?
I've been working on creating a bootable Linux USB for testing and fixing PCs, laptops, etc. I spend a lot of time on this during my free hours and it's great that you don't have to carry a big SSD. I'm new to Linux but managed to install Slax on a small 2GB USB stick with USB 2.0. Everything starts up normally (maybe drivers auto-install?). However, when I tried a benchmark tool, the whole system shut down. Since I'm just starting out, could you help me set this up for benchmarking?
