For Windows 10, you can use the official key recovery tool from Microsoft’s site.

Windows 10 doesn't include product keys. Your Windows version is linked to your hardware and your Microsoft account. Using a Microsoft account will allow you to upgrade and reinstall smoothly.

Windows 10 includes product keys. I obtained mine with produKey.
