Created a fresh PC – powers up but nothing appears.
Created a fresh PC – powers up but nothing appears.
I just assembled a new machine
MB - b660m Aorus Pro DDR4
CPU - I5-13400F with stock cooler
RAM - 2 sticks of vengeance DDR4 (8g each) and 2 of fury (8g each)
GPU - RTX3060 TI
The PC powers on but shows no signal and no power to the mouse or keyboard.
After some time it resets.
No Windows was installed.
I tried the POST list, tested different RAM slots, tried turning it on outside the case (Corsair 4000D), and without GPU, RAM, or SSD.
With the CPU energy cable, this model has an 8+4 rating.
I've tried various combinations without success.
Removed the battery.
The device makes no sounds or lights indicating issues.
Please help.
