I just assembled a new PC with: MSI pro b650-s, Wi-Fi, Ryzen 5 7600, 2x16GB Kingston Fury Radeon RX 6750, 1TB Lexar SSD. The problem I keep facing is that the system won’t boot or start properly. I see red and yellow warning lights, which suggests a RAM or CPU issue. People say it’s related to DDR5 memory not being properly recognized, but they don’t explain why it stays stuck with EZ debug lights on. I replaced the RAM and CPU, flashed the BIOS, tried different BIOS/UEFI versions, but nothing works. I’m really confused about what to do next.

Did you look up RAM compatibility for the M.2 slot on the MSI website?

Initiate boot with a single RAM stick and verify functionality. Run the same test with two RAM sticks to compare performance.

So then you should verify if the RAM matches the system, or if the board or CPU is faulty. Make sure the CPU is securely connected, check for any bent pins, and inspect the board for any signs of damage. A short circuit might occur if the back of the board comes into contact with a metal part of the case. Try restarting by removing the board from the case.

You may need to switch to another motherboard, but your CPU connections look okay. Also, you'll attempt to power it on without using the case.
