I recently assembled a new PC with the following specifications:
Rog Z790 H
3060 Ti
Intel i7 12700kf

The issue I’m facing is that the computer powers on, the CPU light appears briefly, then turns off. After a few seconds it displays the orange DRAM show for a short time, then the system shuts down completely—no other lights activate, and the VGA light remains off. I’ve reset the BIOS and removed the CMOS battery, but the problem persists. Can anyone assist?

Might want to inspect the CPU's socket for any bent or broken pins.
