1. Will overclocking improve rendering speed and performance?
2. Are there ways to enhance rendering using my GPU as well?

Regrettably, CS6 Premiere Pro lacks OpenCL support. Other programs like Creative Cloud and Sony Vegas work, but not this one. The only way to handle GPU encoding in that version is via CUDA, which suggests a possible need for a Creative Cloud upgrade.
