Hey everyone! I have an i5 4670K and an AMD R9 290.
1. Will overclocking improve rendering speed and performance?
2. Are there ways to enhance rendering using my GPU as well?

Yes, running a CPU faster than needed offers greater gains in rendering speed compared to gaming. 2. Some tools use OpenCL acceleration, such as Adobe Creative Suite; I can't confirm the exact version you're using.

Regrettably, CS6 Premiere Pro lacks OpenCL support. Other programs like Creative Cloud and Sony Vegas work, but not this one. The only way to handle GPU encoding in that version is via CUDA, which suggests a possible need for a Creative Cloud upgrade.
