No method exists to fully duplicate an account on Windows 10 and merely alter the name.

uncertain about the outcome. consider creating a fresh account via settings and simply transfer all content from the previous user folder to the new one. user folder path: C:\users Updated May 11, 2019 by Saksham

You can also as an admin paste the desired user folder into any random location and (for instance: documents or desktop) rename it, then transfer the folder back to the user without copying.

Thanks for the feedback. I just updated the account folder name to C:/users and made the necessary adjustments in the Windows registry. Everything is functioning properly now.
