Likely an 8.5 or similar rating, possibly not in RGB mode.

Interesting question! The choice between the B650 and X670 depends on specific needs, but there are clear differences. As for the 4070 Ti, it might be a bit underpowered for your setup.

Thank you! I understand you're asking about the 8.5 or the scale you mentioned in your previous post.

The B650 board I shared should work well. The 4080 suits gaming at 1440P. Alternatively, using a dual tower air cooler without RGB could lower the cost of the setup.

500GB storage for the operating system and applications, plus 2TB for gaming. I prefer having separate drives.

It might be helpful to wait for reviews with benchmarks and pricing details for these two models before deciding. I'm interested in checking their prices and feedback. The RTX 4070 Ti Super is being discussed alongside the SUPER version, and it seems both will likely remain available together. VideoCardz.com has shared another update about this situation. Board Channels, run by those closely involved with partners, continue to share early leaks and rumors about upcoming GPUs and CPUs.

As usual, and considering who you are, let's just focus on testing builds to find out what works. It becomes quite exhausting. No one wants to review work that has already been placed on the wall. Everyone seeks tailored advice based on specific details, facts, and preferences—though these often seem irrelevant to some, yet crucial for others.

This doesn’t mean every suggestion is perfect; it simply means what’s practical isn’t always the top choice. I’m trying to be clear by explaining things this way. Particularly when the person asking for help has explicitly stated they don’t want an AIO, but we still proceed that way. This isn’t new—we often lose valuable time here because we don’t pay attention.

I might share something similar later, though of course it won’t cover everything. I’ll address this after I’m free, as I need to attend my mother’s birthday party right now. I promise to find you at least one other excellent option that fits your budget, maybe even include a solid monitor for the price.

I would also consider placing this build in the 8.5 area, significantly reducing costs while maintaining water cooling and RGB options that should align well.
