Hey guys-
So here's my build
Ryzen 5 2600X
B450M Pro-M2 MAX (MSI MB)
32 GB Corsair Ram
2x 1TB SSD HDD
liquid cooled CPU cooler(Gamdias)
Gigabyte 4060 GPU(just installed from an old 590 Fatboy)
Corsair550W PSU
5 rgb fans (3 in the front , one on the side , one on the rear )
So this build was built as a budget and right before the crazy GPU card markup. Like 2 months before then everything went crazy(Thanks Corona virus). So it's been running things ok until now. FOr example 5 nights at Freddy's used to crash until I got this 4060GPU. Now I don't crash but I can tell the texturing is off and GTA 5(mod world or whatever) doesn't load graphics completely.
I'm think of throwing a Ryzen 7 at it and hope it will be ok. Not hardcore gaming I'm looking for, just normal reliability without much glitches. Should I just go ahead and upgrade my MB too or what could be causing this graphical glitchyness. I've attached some files to show examples.

Other options include the AMD Ryzen 5 5600 with 36 GHz and 6 cores, and the AMD Ryzen 7 5700X with 34 GHz and 8 cores.
I purchased a Ryzen 7 for $165, which isn't bad when you compare it to other items I buy. I'm trying to fix my issue where my CPU reaches 100% before glitches occur. The weak cores are causing this problem. I mistakenly bought the Ryzen 5 5600 instead of the 2600, and I wonder if that's why I'm experiencing these issues with my current CPU.
Even if it doesn't solve your issue, you still ended up with a much better CPU ^^
It seems the CPU might have been the main issue all along. I initially thought I had the Ryzen 5 5600, but now I'm considering the new CPU arriving today at a 47% discount. 165$ is what I'm thinking. Maybe the fatboy 590 will work with the updated CPU.
I also considered the CPU cooler I purchased in 2019, which is now a Gamdias E1 A—actually an Elcheap one.
Perhaps the cooling solution combined with my weak CPU isn't resolving my graphics problems. I might opt for another simple AMD heat sink instead. I don’t have much space either, especially with the Fatboy card. With the new graphics card, a liquid cooler could be excessive for my needs. I’m unsure how to capture just regular photos.
I’m thinking about trying the Artic Freezer esports and might look into the Corsair liquid cooling H60x iCue.
