Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Consider adding a K suffix processor to the build because an iGPU is very useful for troubleshooting. You might also set up a secondary panel away from the iGPU to offload some of your research tasks while you render. If you prefer a K suffix processor, opt for a Z series chipset. For a B series chipset, choose a non-K suffix processor.
I'd also suggest increasing storage capacity to better store your work and backups.

I'm not sure what benefit a CL30 would give over a CL36, but overall the design seems solid.
I don't have the GPU stats for Blender, so I think you've picked the most efficient GPU available.

If your 3060Ti manages most of the workload, you might be spending your budget on a DDR5/6000 setup.
Depending on your needs and resolution, it could be wiser to opt for two 32GB modules at 4800MT/s rather than two 16GB modules at 6000MT/s. You may encounter difficulties keeping the RAM stable at the 6000MT/s XMP level.
Refer to this recommendation for RAM in Blender:
https://www.pugetsystems.com/solutions/3...tions/#ram
How much RAM does Blender require?
The required RAM amount varies with your workflow. Blender can run smoothly on a system with 16GB of RAM, provided the projects are modest. More demanding tasks will need 32GB or more. Also, consider other applications you might be using alongside Blender. Many creators open several high-end programs simultaneously and would benefit from 64GB or even more. Based on our observations, 64 to 128GB is typically suitable for advanced users.
The advantages of Intel or AMD CPUs:
https://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/articl...7000-2378/
None of these Blender setups closely match your planned configuration, but they illustrate potential options:
https://www.pugetsystems.com/solutions/3...s/blender/
The compact form factor workstation relies on laptop DDR5/4800 SODIMMs, which might not be compatible with 6000MT/s.
The larger rendering station supports systems ranging from a 16-core Threadripper 5955WX to a 64-core 5995WX with older DDR4/3200.
I suspect both of these configurations are built around relatively conservative XMP RAM settings for stability. I’m currently testing my two 32GB modules at 4800MT/s on my 7950X rendering machine.

I also heard recently that the IGPU might be useful for tasks like video editing and similar activities.

Some video rendering programs let you merge the capabilities of your iGPU with that of your main PCIe GPU, aiming for a slight performance boost.
I often questioned whether turning on the iGPU in render applications could actually be harmful. By doing more work from the iGPU, it might generate some heat in the silicon die and slightly lower the main CPU's speed.
I plan to conduct several tests once my current render job ends in about a day and nine hours. I think I should have chosen an RTX A6000 over a 3060 at that time.
