Visit the Microsoft download page for Windows 10. Install the utility, generate an ISO, and achieve your goal. You may also adjust settings to save a backup via system recovery.
It seems the system won't allow keeping the active copy, so you'll need to reactivate it each time. Otherwise, just spreading the activated version around doesn't make much sense. For cloning the drive, that's probably the most reliable option. I've only done it a couple of times without any problems.
