Just to confirm, what was your impression of the problem?

I’m trying to understand your point of view, but I can’t see it clearly. It sounds like you’re frustrated. Let me know what you mean.

It seems you're discussing installing Windows 11 via a free-space USB setup... but you're also mentioning problems with creating that installation media. Let me know how I can help clarify or assist!

We need to confirm our starting points instead of arguing over the process. The key point is that in the provided image, I found W11's official download page. You should use the MediaCreationTool (highlighted by a red arrow), not the InstallationAssistant. From there, follow the standard steps in the guide labeled "Before you begin..." and pick a suitable drive. Remember they mention DVD, but any storage type is acceptable. Once you're sure you've chosen the right tool, selected the correct drive, and confirmed its capacity, please share your findings.

The subject's name might seem incorrect if you rely solely on its description. It presents a puzzle.

It seems like you're finding the text hard to follow—maybe it's full of complex ideas or unclear phrasing. Would you like me to simplify it for you?

I noticed the difference in approach regarding the USB media setup. I acknowledge the point and thank @Tan3l6 & @whispous for framing the subject that way. The challenge here is clear: @captain_cake, your message seems to suggest a working USB boot for Windows 11, but it overlooks the storage constraints. You’re confusing the 8GB limit with the actual needs—upgrading to Windows 11 typically requires at least 64GB of free space on the main drive. If you’re using the C drive which currently holds only 9GB, you’ll risk losing critical data during the installation. Make sure you have a clean, at least 64GB partition ready before proceeding. Upgrading without enough space can erase important files, so plan accordingly and back up anything essential first.
