Hi, I'm curious about creating a custom Steam skin to replace the default one. I already have Metro installed and want to understand how to do this. I aim for it to function like an alternative operating system—changing icons, renaming Steam to something else (like GameOS), and even restarting Steam to switch back. Is it realistic to achieve this? For modding ideas, I’m not sure where to place these changes on the Steam Submissions page, so someone with experience would be really helpful. Thanks!
