In another perspective, it looks like I could obtain an RTX 4070 for roughly the same cost (around 570$) as the RX 7800 XT (refer to this link for a store that carries both). Should I choose the RTX 4070? It appears to deliver better results in the tests.
for 2k resolution, the 7800XT is the better choice. 16gb vram. choose 4070 if ray tracing is your priority.
