A simple guide with key points and actions would be useful. Think of it as a checklist during the setup process.

Sure! Would you like me to share more details about the app so you can decide?

Great, I appreciate the checklist concept. It would be helpful to gather insights from those who frequently work on computer builds. Since I’ve only built one so far, my perspective is limited to software-focused experiences.

Sure, I can focus on developing for Android right now. I’ll keep you updated once it’s ready. A popular release might eventually include an iOS version.

I need to consider all the details because it's been a while since I built, but I'm sure I can put everything together for you.

Imagine a schematic illustrating the various screws required for each component. It would highlight variations in thread patterns and include spacing details. Additionally, it could depict mounting positions and the placement of different power and data connectors.

The amount changes significantly from one build to another. Since you're more interested in general details that apply to all builds, this should cover the key points. A good plan, you'll document it!

I recently misplaced my RAM, so I thought it would help if you had clear diagrams showing compatibility and orientation. For those building more recently (those who’ll likely use this tool), sorting out different vendors and socket types seems like the biggest challenge. Browsing through suitable components would be really helpful.

All 3.5" units share identical fasteners, while contemporary 5 1/4" and 2.5" models also rely on the same hardware. This reduces variety and keeps components uniform across designs.
