Thanks everyone for the feedback... I’ll look into all these possibilities!
Another thought: would it make sense to move the PC tower to another room and run cables from my desk to a separate area to avoid the heat from the computer?
I’m wondering if this would add more effort than necessary, especially if I could upgrade to more efficient parts or adjust voltage settings.

None of the given options apply, except for keeping the AC running. This affects cooling and airflow, which helps lower the room's temperature when heat buildup reaches equilibrium. 400w of waste heat remains unchanged. No cooler will decrease the heat produced by the component it cools, thereby increasing the room's heat. I was considering suggesting this approach. You might place the PC in a nearby room connected to the same wall as monitors and peripherals. Use a through hole with grommets to route cables. Since all heat will be transferred to the adjacent room, your space will stay significantly cooler.

Are you aware of the upper limit you should consider for the cable runs? It seems the displays might be the biggest constraint when opting for DP cables.

For a 4k 144hz setup, the distance can be quite extensive—around 10 feet for passive cables and over 15 feet for active ones.
