If the install key is applied, then no. If you require Linux, a decent alternative exists. If you locate the Windows 10 insider ISO, it can be utilized.

If your friend has shared his activation key, you’ll need to buy a new one. Otherwise, the physical disk used by Win10 can be applied to any PC, just with an activation code.
