You're unsure about what you actually need. Are you looking to install OS X directly onto optical media, or just obtain an installer for OS X? The latter should be straightforward with available online resources. You can download a legitimate OS X ISO from a Mac and burn it to your desired medium. There are many tools available to create a USB installer; using one of these is the simplest approach. I haven't tried this myself, but it seems feasible.
