I have the product key for Win 8.1 on your laptop, but I’m not sure how to create a bootable USB drive so you can install it on another PC.

i don’t have a physical disk; otherwise i’d just used it to install win 8 on another machine. i have a laptop with windows already installed and i’m planning to make a bootable drive from it so i can install windows 8 on my other pc, which i intend to sell.
