Chromatic aberration. Those TV lines should be pretty easy to make.I know how to do them in Vegas,but not in AAE. Lots of blur and distortion. Also,some layers are cut into a few different pieces with different distortion and position. Look at the video at 0.25 speed.You'll see a lot more then.I should be able to do this in Sony Vegas,but I'm not good enough in AAE.

I discovered a YouTube tutorial about chromatic aberration. It gave me a good starting point, though I’m still figuring out the next steps. Thanks for the help! I’ll give it a shot. ;-)
