Here’s a rewritten version of your text, focusing on clarity and key information:

“I’m experiencing frequent crashes while playing Team Fortress 2 (TF2) and Dota 2. The game consistently fails to load maps properly, causing significant frustration. I’ve been trying to improve the situation by running these games on my PC, which has the following specifications:

* **CPU:** Intel Pentium Dual-core E6600 3.06 GHz
* **GPU:** GT 730 DDR3 2GB
* **Motherboard:** Gigabyte G41MT-S2P
* **RAM:** 3.00 GB (usable)
* **OS:** Windows 7 32-bit

My PC can run other games like TF2 and Dota 2 with minimal issues, but these specific games consistently crash during map loads. I suspect this is due to the limitations of my hardware – particularly my older CPU and the relatively low amount of RAM – combined with the fact that I’m running a 32-bit operating system. Given these specs, it's unlikely the game will run smoothly or without crashes.”

Well those specs are kind of garbage, I would try minimizing every setting but that still may not work. I doubt you'll be able to run CS:GO in any form with more than 30fps.
