This issue has been occurring frequently recently after it wasn't before on my machine. I first experienced it while playing Fortnite; after closing the game, it would normally close but then about 15 seconds later it would freeze with a blue screen and display the error "Kernel Security Check Failure." This problem has persisted for a few weeks now, and more recently it's started affecting APEX. I've searched online, reviewed numerous help articles, replaced components, ran system checks like sfc scans and DISM, reinstalled drivers, updated everything, and even reinstalled Windows as a last resort because downloading games again felt overwhelming. Still, whenever I tried to boot APEX it would fail once more. I've had a few instances where it worked but most of the time I encountered the BSOD. Please assist.

System details: Ryzen 7 7700X, Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000mhz, CL30, Crucial T500 2TB NVMe SSD, TUF Gaming RTX 4070 OC, Corsair RM850x 80 Plus Gold PSU, Asus TUF Gaming B650 Plus with Wi-Fi.

I suspect an issue with the anti-cheat system. EAC has been linked to BSODs, which both Fortnite and Apex seem to experience too. It appears this problem is common on EAC's side, since many users can't seem to resolve it. Since I don’t play online games much, I’m not familiar with the details. What I found were discussions on Reddit, but no clear fix seems available.

Consider disabling XMP in BIOS to lower RAM speeds. This might resolve the problem, possibly related to an anti-cheat mechanism. Keep the Task Manager open during game closure to monitor performance spikes.

Visit C:\Windows\Minidump to see if any minidump files exist. If present, return to the Windows directory and transfer the entire Minidump folder to the Downloads folder (use your desktop if needed). Compress the copied folder and include it in a message.
