I've faced this problem affecting my system for several months. The Graphics Runtime Error: Broccoli has affected my Destiny 2 (main game) performance since I upgraded to an Asus 3070ti STRIX. I began seeing these errors appear and the game would crash shortly after. After a DDU and installing fresh GPU drivers, it still occurs occasionally. Some suggested checking RAM as a potential fix. I checked my RAM using CPU-Z, but the fields were blank. I tried running a validation to see if missing data caused the issue, which led to a BSOD with WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124). This made me think the problem might relate to my RAM being corrupted or incomplete. A few days later, I replaced the RAM with a new 4x16GB kit and repeated the validation—still got the same error. Looking at the minidump (after further research), it indicates an INTEL PCI Express Error on PCI 5 (VenId: DevId 8086:7abc). Now I’m unsure what’s wrong. Could it be my motherboard? Is there something about my GPU that’s causing trouble, especially after swapping from a 1070ti STRIX? Or is my GPU faulty and I should return it for repair? Usually, I handle troubleshooting well, but this one is beyond my expertise. Here’s the minidump link: https://www.codedump.xyz/md/ZSGHkea7A5ENsoxI If anyone has insights or can assist, it would be greatly appreciated. If you have any leads, please share. This community CPU: i7-12700K MOBO: TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS WIFI D4 GPU: ASUS Strix 3070ti 8GB RAM: G.SKILL 4x16GB kit F4-3600C16Q-64GTZNC Edit: Upon deeper investigation, Root Port #5 - 7ABC is actually my Sound Blaster Audigy 5/RX card. I updated the driver for this card, but the problem persists. Is the card responsible? Or is the PCI Express slot the culprit? Edit 2: I suspect I damaged the Sound Blaster Audigy Card during installation, as moving it resolved the BSOD after validation. Now I’m wondering if the game is still experiencing runtime errors in-game. Edit 3 (11/6/23): Well, it seems I’m still encountering Broccoli errors in Destiny 2. I only play for short sessions, so it’s hard to generalize. But yes, this is confusing. Any advice would be invaluable! Edited November 6, 2023 by tobymeg1
