The site can't be used anymore; Craftbukkit has been removed and won't be allowed to distribute its software again. A fresh modding interface called the Sponge API exists. Search for more info—probably some developer versions are available.

Spigot and Glowstone can serve as good substitutes. The Sponge API supports plugins, so the old Bukki plugin should still function.
