I'm facing the same audio problem only with my Focusrite Scarlett 2i2. Other USB amps work fine for me. It appears to occur when the GPU is under load, like opening a game. Did anyone find a resolution? Have you adjusted the BIOS settings before? Nothing has helped so far.
