Only models under 1660Ti truly match the desktop designs; the 2060(115W) remains near the desktop version but anything above it is only marginally faster than the 115W laptop 2060, except for those exceptionally heavy laptops with 150W+ GPUs. On the CPU front, apart from the 3900X and 3950X, AMD came close to desktop specs with Ryzen 4000 APUs. There are also laptops that run the desktop 3900X and 3950X and still deliver solid performance within those constraints.
