Recently I've noticed unusual activity. My processor cores are displaying extremely high usage rates. I've restarted and updated the Hardware monitor to the latest version without any improvement. Is this a cause for concern or am I experiencing unexpectedly strong performance? Temperatures remain stable under load (never exceeding 52°C), even during extended Cinebench tests. Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated. Specifications: Motherboard: X99 Machinist E5-D8-MAX Processors: Duel Intel Xeon E5-2699 v4 GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 12GB Memory: 4x16GB and 2x8GB DDR-4 Corsair RAM

Hardware Monitor isn't dependable. Consider using HWinfo64 instead.

If uncertain, verify figures from additional sources using alternative hardware monitoring tools, like MSI Afterburner. This method also lets you track CPU utilization.

Thank you for the great answers. I'll try those apps as well! Update: Tried both and HWinfo64 is way better and more accurate. Numbers are correct now. Much more readings and MSI Afterburner is great too. Thanks again!
