CPU-Z issues with i7 6700k
Change the voltage in bios using the offset of 00.50 plus 0.050, please report back.
AngelOfDarkness requested a voltage adjustment in the BIOS, not through Intel XTU. The suggested setting was an offset of 00.50 plus 0.050. The change was applied during the initial minute of the Intel XTU stress test, and it returned to a single active core afterward.
AngelOfDarkness :
I see it says "core voltage default"if offset won't work just put a fixed manual vcore of 1.250, no adaptive; FIXED.
ok well ive done everything as you've said through the bios and this is where I'm at currently :

I know it still says core voltage default but I think that's just the settings in the Intel xtu as I'm not touching any settings there now, only ones is bios. Its passed that stress test fine tho so I'm gonna give prime 95 a shout and, well fingers crossed !
Thanks a lot for all your advice btw really appreciate it.
