AngelOfDarkness requested a voltage adjustment in the BIOS, not through Intel XTU. The suggested setting was an offset of 00.50 plus 0.050. The change was applied during the initial minute of the Intel XTU stress test, and it returned to a single active core afterward.

The instruction indicates using a fixed manual Vcore of 1.250 with no adaptive settings, labeled as FIXED.

ok well ive done everything as you've said through the bios and this is where I'm at currently :

I know it still says core voltage default but I think that's just the settings in the Intel xtu as I'm not touching any settings there now, only ones is bios. Its passed that stress test fine tho so I'm gonna give prime 95 a shout and, well fingers crossed !
