New installation, M.S.I. Pro Z790 with Wi-Fi, 13600k, 32GB RAM at 5600MHz, Corsair Vengeance. Configuration is complete and everything appears correct in the BIOS. Hwinfo64 shows memory details. However, CPU-Z only lists 32GB without further info. Not too worried since it's functioning. It seems strange that the section is empty. Also, I just realized it isn't providing any details about the Intel GPU or my 4080 chipset beyond memory stats and manufacturer info.

It seems like there might be a software issue if the hardware information isn't being displayed properly.

That sounds promising. I might update the bios and check the September version. The October updates seem to fix graphics issues, and November improved memory support. I’ll try the newest one once I’m back.
