The voltage looks acceptable to me, and as long as temperatures stay manageable it should work. Around 60°C under load is acceptable. You might want to test a slight reduction of 0.1v until instability appears, then adjust back up until it stabilizes; I believe you're comfortable with the current situation.

Up to 1.4V is the limit, and it's safe at 60°C.

Adjusted my 9700k to 5.1Ghz effortlessly, no voltage changes needed; it runs on auto and stays below 1.25.

Despite achieving over 1080p with my i5 9600K, my games still feel sluggish. For instance, I've noticed others using the same setup as mine run at extremely high settings with 100fps in 1080p, while I only manage around 50-80fps with ultra settings. CPU usage is at 100%, and GPU utilization is around 80%. What could be causing this?

You evaluate performance under 60°C conditions. For voltage, values below 1.35V work well, but aim for the lowest needed. Overclocking depends more on tuning the LLC settings than just voltage levels. A consistent core voltage is preferable to a fluctuating one.

Your slower 2400MHz RAM might not significantly impact performance. Are you using a single 16GB module or two 8GB units? Does it operate in dual-channel mode? Try boosting it to 2666MHz or even 3000MHz. You may need to tweak the voltage and timing settings.
